I develop partnerships through JTJ Strategic Industries, manage BNX and EZR Petroleum, and support the work of the Ambasadorii Cerului Association in Bucharest, Romania.
About me
I am Ioan Caraian. My work brings together entrepreneurship, industrial project development, construction, energy and community involvement.
I am defined by integrity and ownership: I say clearly what I can do, I keep my commitments and I get directly involved to see them through. For me, trust is built through actions and consistency.
Time is one of the most valuable resources we have. I choose to invest it in people and projects where there is seriousness, mutual respect and a willingness to turn conversations into action. A good partnership has a clear direction, and everyone takes ownership of their part.
I have 15 years of experience in construction, and since 2024 I have managed BNX Hydro Construct Intermed, with which we deliver residential and non-residential projects from start to finish. EZR Petroleum grew out of my expansion into energy and the need to evolve with the world’s energy transition; today it works in the commercial brokerage of fuels and industrial raw materials, as well as in energy and photovoltaic projects. Through JTJ Strategic Industries I develop industrial partnerships in Romania.
Helping the people around me has been part of who I am from an early age. At 17 I began doing it in an organised way within my church, and since 2020 I have continued this mission through the Ambasadorii Cerului Association.
I am the author of “Mai departe”, a Christian reflection on the journey, getting back up and the courage to keep going.
I am open to working with people who keep their word and are ready to build together.
